SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - A San Francisco deputy sheriff is facing charges over an off-duty incident where investigators say she forced her way into a man's home, brandished a pistol and threatened him.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Deputy Manconia Tamika Green was arrested after San Francisco police were called to the home of the 55-year-old man on Oct. 3.
Investigators say Green was one of three people who entered the man's home after an argument over some work he had been hired to do for a friend of Green.
Police say the 36-year-old Green threatened the man, who has not been named.
Green was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor brandishing a weapon, felony conspiracy and making criminal threats.
She is free on bail and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
A Sheriff's Department spokeswoman says Green is back at work, but has been assigned to administrative duties.
