Strong-Arm Robbery Investigated in South Lake Tahoe

 The suspects are described as:

A Hispanic male with a beard, approximately 5-foot-6 inches to 5 foot-8-inches tall, around 30-35 years old and is heavy set. He was last seen wearing a backwards black baseball cap and smoking a cigarette.

 

The victim described the second suspect as a white male adult with a scruffy beard who is approximately 30-35 years old. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a camo-print baseball cap. 

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA - South Lake Tahoe Police Officers are investigating a strong-armed robbery that happened at Whiskey Dick's Saloon in South Lake Tahoe around 2:00 a.m. on July 10, 2013.

The 25-year-old victim was in the bar when he became involved in a confrontation with two male adults, according to South Lake Tahoe Police Department.

The victim left the bar with his skateboard when the two suspects followed and confronted him, according to South Lake Tahoe Police Department.

The victim reported to police that the suspects punched him 10-20 times and stole his skateboard, which was valued at more than $200.

Both suspects where last seen fleeing eastbound through the meadow toward William Avenue, according to South Lake Tahoe Police Department.

South Lake Tahoe Police Department would like the public to help identify the suspects in this case, which the victim described as a Hispanic male with a beard, approximately 5-foot-6 inches to 5 foot-8-inches tall, around 30-35 years old and is heavy set.

The victim described the second suspect as a white male adult with a scruffy beard who is approximately 30-35 years old.
