SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) - Santa Rosa police say a 31-year-old man was severely burned in an explosion inside his apartment that occurred while he was making cannabis oil.
Miguel Ceja's burns cover more than half his body and are considered life threatening.
Sgt. David Linscomb tells the Press Democrat of Santa Rosa that Ceja was making hash oil in the bathroom of the apartment Tuesday night when fumes ignited, causing a flash explosion.
