LOS ANGELES (AP) - Los Angeles police say a burned body found against a fence in Playa Vista may have been a suicide.
A security guard found the man's body shortly after 7 a.m. Friday behind an abandoned building near a storm channel and a freeway.
The Los Angeles Times (http://lat.ms/1fQVrlu ) says the death is being investigated at a possible suicide.
Cmdr. Andrew Smith says a gas can was found nearby.
The area is frequented by homeless people and police say the man may have been a transient.
