SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) - An elementary school janitor has been arrested after a hidden video camera was found in a Southern California campus bathroom.
The Orange County Register says 24-year-old Angel Rojas was arrested by Santa Ana School District police officers after a search of his Corona home last month.
Rojas was released on bail on July 26. Orange County prosecutors are reviewing the case.
Investigators say a female school volunteer discovered a recording device in a women's restroom at Santa Ana's Martin Elementary School on July 20. An FBI crime lab is analyzing the videos.
The school district says Rojas, a substitute custodian hired in June, was fired immediately.
