STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) - Authorities say more than a dozen people were arrested and thousands of marijuana plants confiscated in a series of drug raids in Stockton.
The Record of Stockton reports that Wednesday's operation targeted 19 locations.
San Joaquin County Sheriff's spokesman Les Garcia says in addition to more than 3,000 pot plants, agents seized 35 pounds of processed marijuana, $30,000 in cash, 4 grams of cocaine and 1 gram of methamphetamine.
The suspects were arrested on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and other crimes.
The operation was carried out by agencies including the sheriff's office and Stockton police.
