ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) - Police say a 3-year-old Anaheim boy is expected to survive after tumbling out a third-floor apartment window while jumping on a bed.

Sgt. Bob Dunn says the boy was conscious when he was rushed to a hospital with unknown injuries Sunday night.

Dunn says the child and his siblings were playing Spider-Man when the boy went through the window screen head first.

His fall may have been broken by bushes below.

Dunn says the boy's parents were in another room.

Investigators haven't determined whether charges will be filed.
