LOS ANGELES (AP) - Southbound Interstate 5 truck lanes in northern Los Angeles have been blocked for hours by a jackknifed big-rig.
City News Service says the single-vehicle accident was reported at about 4:20 a.m. and the driver was taken to a hospital for examination.
The lanes have remained blocked well through the morning rush hour.
California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos says diesel fuel spilled onto the roadway.
