Denise Richards is asking a court to stop allowing ex-husband Charlie Sheen to have overnight stays with their two young daughters.
In a filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Richards says the children have resisted spending the night at Sheen's home and "often returned sad and upset." (The court papers were obtained by "Access Hollywood.")
The actress also requests that the children, Sam, age 3, and Lola, age 2, undergo therapy.
Richards says she is concerned that Sheen engages in "inappropriate behavior" on the Internet.
In a statement, the actor's attorney says nearly all the allegations were previously raised and were denied by Sheen.
Sheen has complained that Richards is interfering with his relationship with the children since the couple's bitter divorce last year.
Last month, he filed a court request asking that he be allowed to choose the nannies who must accompany the children while they are at his home.
The court previously had given the choice to Richards.
