Disgraced Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu (shoo) has agreed to return to California without a fight.
Hsu appeared in a Grand Junction, Colorado courtroom this morning where he waived his rights to extradition proceedings.
He appeared in court in yellow prison clothes, his hands cuffed and his ankles shackled.
The judge in the case said authorities usually arrive within ten days to take custody of an individual being extradited, but district attorney Pete Hautzinger said he expects San Mateo County authorities to arrive tomorrow to take Hsu back to California.
Hsu was arrested in Grand Junction, Colorado earlier this month after he failed to show up for a court appearance in Redwood City.
