2 Killed In SoCal Freeway Traffic Accident

BELLFLOWER, Calif. (AP) - Police say a man and a boy have been killed in a traffic accident on the Artesia Freeway in Bellflower.

California Highway Patrol Officer David Porter says 51-year-old Byron Wynn and a juvenile, Alexander Wynn, whose age was not immediately known, were killed around 5:30 p.m. Saturday when the
Chevrolet Impala driven by Byron Wynn rear-ended a disabled and
unattended vehicle.

The impact sent the Impala out of control across traffic lanes, where it was broadsided on the driver's side by a third vehicle.

Porter says Byron and Alexander Wynn, both of Carson, were pronounced dead at the scene. The relationship between them was not
immediately known.
