GEORGETOWN, Calif. (AP) - El Dorado County Sheriff's investigators are searching for a 47-year-old woman who went missing a month after the disappearance of her husband.
Authorities arrived at Patricia Presba's home Thursday to find her front door ajar and what appeared to be blood inside the home.
She is the wife of Ronald Presba, 54, whose vehicle was found burned at the bottom of a ravine June 25. Human remains were found
in the passenger seat of the Chevy Suburban, but an autopsy could
not tie them to Ronald Presba.
His SUV was found the day his wife reported him missing.
Family and friends say they last talked to Patricia Presba the day before she disappeared.
