MURRIETA, Calif. (AP) - Authorities are investigating the cause of a plane crash that killed two men in Riverside County yesterday.
Medical examiners say a 76-year-old Los Angeles man and a 37-year-old man were killed when the plane crashed upon approach to the French Valley Airport. Their names have not been released.
The Lancair Legacy, an experimental plane built from a kit, was destroyed. There was no fire and no one on the ground was hurt.
