Small Plane Crash In Riverside County Kills Two

MURRIETTA, Calif. (AP) - The Federal Aviation Administration says two people have been killed in the crash of a a small plane in Riverside County.

FAA spokesman Ian Gregor says the crash involving an experimental Lancair Legacy plane was reported around 11:50 a.m. Friday.

County fire authorities say the crash site is in the Murrietta area.

The wreckage was found about two miles north of the French Valley Airport.

The FAA spokesman says he does not know the plane's origin or
destination.
