CARLSBAD, Calif. (AP) - A corporate jet has skidded off a runway
in Carlsbad but officials say nobody was hurt.
Ian Gregor of the Federal Aviation Administration says four people were aboard a Cessna Citation 510 that landed shortly after 10 a.m. Saturday at McClellan-Palomar Airport.
Gregor says the plane skidded off the side of the San Diego County runway and its main landing gear collapsed.
In January 2006, four people aboard died when another business jet went off the end of the same runway and burst into flames.
