PLEASANTON, Calif. (AP) - Authorities have opened a double homicide investigation after a man and woman were found dead in a country club home in a posh suburb east of San Francisco.
Alameda County sheriff's deputies used a metal detector to comb the bushes behind the house near Castlewood Country Club outside
Pleasanton on Saturday.
The bodies were discovered Friday, but authorities have yet to officially identify the victims or release details about how they died.
An autopsy on the pair is scheduled for Monday.
