Tens of thousands of Californians are still without power after a series of fierce storms pounded the state over the weekend.
About 97,000 homes and businesses in Northern California and the
Central Valley were in the dark this morning ahead of rain and snow
forecast to return soon.
Meteorologists say some parts of Northern California would get a reprieve from the rain and snow today.
But the mountains could see snow and snow showers through Thursday.
As many as four deaths are being blamed on the fierce winds, rain and snow.
