Prosecutors say a high school history teacher is facing misdemeanor charges for allegedly offering to trace his penis on a piece of paper for two 15-year-old female students.
Tom Adame is scheduled to be arraigned on on Dec. 28 on two
counts of annoying a child. Adame, who has taught at Foothill High
School for 14 years, was arrested Wednesday.
Investigators from the Kern County Sheriff's Department reported that on Nov. 9, Adame told one of the two girls a medical sample was taken from his penis during a procedure. He then allegedly suggested he could trace a picture for them to illustrate.
Adame declined to be interviewed about the incident, but another
Foothill student says he told her the offer was only a joke.
