A video believed to show Britney Spears running a red light was submitted to a Los Angeles Superior Court today as the latest piece of evidence entered in the seemingly endless child-custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan declined to comment on the video as he left court after a closed-door hearing before Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.
Kaplan also said Gordon issued a sealed order that he could not discuss.
The celebrity Web site TMZ.com reported the video showed Spears
running a red light at a Hollywood Hills intersection while driving
with the couple's two young sons in the back seat of her car.
An unidentified witness who had been subpoenaed also appeared briefly at the court hearing.
His testimony was postponed.
The case is slated back in court November 26th.
