Roger Moore, best known for playing James Bond on the big screen, has his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The 79-year-old Moore received his permanent spot on Hollywood Boulevard yesterday surrounded by family and friends.

Moore made seven Bond films, starting with "Live and Let Die" in 1973 and ending 12 years later with "A View to a Kill."

The British actor paid homage to the number of women he kissed on-screen adapting Ian Fleming's leading man.
