LOS ANGELES, CA - Jamie McCourt has testified that she and her
husband spoke frequently about selling the Los Angeles Dodgers if
the team wasn't making money.

The team's former CEO said Monday at her divorce trial that she
saw the 2004 purchase of the Dodgers as less risky than the
McCourts' other business transactions.

The Dodgers were purchased for about $431 million in a highly
leveraged deal. Jamie McCourt did not say whether her discussions
with Frank McCourt involved selling all or part of their ownership
stake in the team.

The McCourts are embroiled in a dispute where Frank McCourt
argues a postnuptial agreement gives him the Dodgers, the stadium
and the surrounding property. Jamie McCourt believes she should be
part-owner.
