Healdsburg's West Side Elementary School is closed for the week after a fire in the school over the weekend.
Authorities say three classrooms and the multipurpose room at the school were destroyed when the fire roared through the school a little after 6:00 Sunday morning.
Damage to the 50-year-old building is estimated to be around $500,000.
Fire investigators don't think the fire was started deliberately, but believe it might have started from an electrical malfunction in the administrative offices.
It's not clear yet if the 150 students who attend the school will have to make up the canceled week at the end of the school year.
The school board is expected to meet with the school's teachers today.
