Three bloggers who sit on Santa Ana boards and commissions have been asked to tone down Web ridicule of city officials.
The bloggers have used the Web site orangejuiceblog.com for inflammatory commentary on the motives of city officials and alleged favoritism in awarding city contracts, among other things.
Art Pedroza, Sean Mill and Thomas Gordon were asked by some city
council members to bring it down a notch.
Councilwoman Michele Martinez asked blog founder Pedroza to stop his writing or resign.
Pedroza says he won't resign. Mill and Gordon aren't quitting either.
Mill says -- quote -- "everything I've written is based on hard facts, and I don't intend to stop."
