Would you prefer to work for a male boss or female boss?

According to a new Gallup study, Americans prefer to work for a man over a woman.

35% of Americans say they prefer a male boss and 23% prefer a female boss. About 40% had no preference.

The 23% is the highest ever recorded for female bosses.

In 1953, just 5% said they preferred a female boss.

Some experts say the reasons for inequality are because omen have more power in the workplace and people want to work for powerful bosses. Other say this is just a sign that gender stereotypes still exist.
