RENO, NV - Hot and dry temperatures are expected for the Truckee Meadows all week. We should see at least a few isolated thunderstorms in the Sierra and Pine Nut mountains this afternoon south of highway 50. Again, Reno will stay dry but should see some wind gusts up to 25mph late this afternoon and into the evening.
As we head towards the weekend, high pressure to our east brings high temperatures. Mid to upper 90°s are possible Friday through Monday.
