Four Spanish Springs Athletes Sign Letters of Intent
SPANISH SPRINGS - Four Spanish Springs student-athletes signed their letters of intent on Wednesday.
Jordan Gilmore will play golf at Nevada. He was the Northern Player of the year his final two years, helping Spanish Springs win the regional championship this season. He's also one of just a handful of golfers to ever sink a hole-in-one during the State Tournament.
Brandon DeLong has signed a basketball scholarship with Humboldt State. The Lumberjacks are a division II team. DeLong is the school's all-time leading scorer. He was first team all-league last season and second team all-state.
Isabella Rovens has signed to play softball at Montana State. They're a division II team that plays in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. She was named to the all-league first team last season.
Gianna Schauer will play softball at Union College. The Dutchwomen are a division III team based out in Kentucky.
