LAS VEGAS (AP) - A Las Vegas couple says a social network specifically for veterans has given them a new way to honor a brother killed in Vietnam 46 years ago.
Bernie and Anita Laguna have customized a Together We Served profile for Anita's brother, Raymond Bernal Jr., who died while serving in the Army in 1966.
The military social network has been online since 2003, but publicly launched a "Roll of Honor" with profiles of fallen service members just before Memorial Day.
The website has posted basic military records for about 100,000 people killed in recent American wars, but family members can add additional details about their loved one.
Anita Laguna says she still grieves her 19-year-old brother. But her husband says the website will preserve his memory for posterity.
