whether it's Capone or Bugsy Siegel, the fact remains that Nevada's political history is steep with corruption that exists/extends to this very day. If that wasn't the case, why would Nevada governments rank tops on the list of "most corrupt" and/or otherwise refuse to allow media or private citizen access to their records? It's corruption at its finest, because unlike Capone or Siegel, the government makes it legal!
