LAS VEGAS (AP) - Rap music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is clear of an unpaid traffic ticket case in Las Vegas, although a misdemeanor marijuana case stemming from a February traffic stop remains pending.
Knight's lawyers, Richard Schonfeld and David Chesnoff, appeared in court Monday on the 46-year-old former Death Row Records executive's behalf and paid Knight's $425 fine on a reduced charge of driving without a license in his possession.
Las Vegas Municipal Court Judge Susan Roger dismissed two other infractions and the warrants dating from November 2008 that led to Knight's arrest Feb. 8.
Knight is due in court June 7 on the marijuana case, although no charge was immediately filed.
Police reported finding less than an ounce of pot in Knight's Bentley when he was stopped Feb. 8.
