LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities say an 8-year-old girl and a police officer received non-life threatening gunshot wounds in a domestic disturbance that turned into a police standoff.
KLAS-TV reports that the officer was shot after police responded to a shooting at the home on Wyatt Avenue in Las Vegas late Friday night.
Police say an 8-year-old child was the shooting victim.
