Actually the bank's loss is our fees being increased to cover the loss. Richard, what twisted logic you have.

Since I am familiar with the rules of ownership, and the laws covering grand larceny and the penalties for violation, I would gather it up and return it. It isn't mine. Anyone who would keep it is a criminal and deserves to be treated as such.
