Colorado is the ONLY State with a real clue as to how to manage medical marijuana. It even has a State agency/bureau designed to monitor sales & patient-care manufacturing, which is lead and staffed with many ex-DEA, ex-FBI and a few previously from US Intelligence agencies. Note that there's no RPD Gestapo-type tactics like here in NV, nor is there DEA and/or other Fed agencies raids, like in CA. All States that have passed medical marijuana laws should, at least in this ole' acid head's mind, should pass and implement similar regulation, and effectively adopt CO's model in its entirety. This does, of course, add new dimensional meaning to the term "Rocky Mountain High" [RIP, John Denver]
