AURORA, Colo. -- The Aurora police chief believes the major threats from the theater shooting suspect's apartment are now eliminated.

An FBI official says anyone who had opened the apartment door would have been seriously injured or killed.

While authorities say the overall threat is not over, families should be allowed back into neighboring apartments by Sunday.

As the investigation continues, police and FBI officials are releasing more information. Aurora police say the suspect, James Holmes, received numerous deliveries over the past four months, perhaps explaining the large amount of ammunition. They also say there is no record of Holmes being engaged in any kind of social media.
