The hinge pin of the lawsuits will be that unlike past midnight premiers of wildly popular shows, the theater chose to NOT have security personnel on site. How much is their "image" going to cost them now?

Cheryl, your audacity to try & turn this horrid tragedy into an opportunity for bigotry is sickening. Your prejudice against "young white men" has no place here. Your playing a "race card" is incredibly wrong. If a young white man were to make a racial remark against any other group of people he'd be considered a MONSTER!! Tthe theater better start hiring lawyers, I wouldnt be surprised as the days pass these people that dont believe in accidents or tradagys and want comphensation for everything will start suing the theater maybe for sumthing stupid like " why did they allow this to happen" just like people started sueing the air races and amtrak crash ...I wonder why they didnt sue the world trade center maybe for not making their towers plane proof or explosion proof ....
Actually, if you put this atrocity in context, this was just equal to one week in Chicago. A city with very strict gun control and a Democrat controlled governemnt. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Hey bat! I never said I hate America I hate the government officials that run this country. We have too much government, too much regulation, and too many people scared to lie their lives. You would have never seen this happen 50+ years ago it just would not have happened. Explain to me how a guy with no criminal past and no history of violence just wakes up one day and decides to massacre people in a movie theater? It just makes no sense something or someone else is behind this! I don't trust the government or wha it stands for. And with Obama opening his mouth makes me think even more that something is going on that the media isn't telling us and never will. Oh and by the way I don't like Romney either, they are both POS's in my book.

I bet Obama ordered the shooting so he can use this as a way to take away guns from descent law abiding citizens. and since its an election year people will drink the kool-aide and go along with it. How does out of nowhere a pre-med student with no criminal past just get up one day decide to shoot up a movie theater with no rhyme or reason. Call me a conspiracy theorist all you want, our government is so crooked I wouldn't put it past them to do something like this.
