RENO, Nev. -- KOLO 8 News Now anchor Ky Plaskon went over the edge Friday afternoon -- literally!
It's the second year for the "Over the Edge" event at Grand Sierra Resort.
The goal is to raise money for the Special Olympics. Anyone who raised a thousand dollars got to rappel from the 27th floor of the resort.
Last year the event brought in $63 thousand.
