The new la requiring the banks to do more befor foreclosing is only prolonging the foreclosures. I looked at numerous homes in Henderson and all were pending foreclosures. There will be thousands of homes on the market soon.
So for 62 months we led the nation and now they post an article that says yay Nevada dropped to third. Does anybody think that's probably because there are no more houses to foreclose on. This market is a long way from recovery.
