RENO, NV - A driver is being treated after a crash in north Reno Friday.

Shortly before noon, the driver went off 395 while headed north near Lemmon Valley. The Nevada Highway Patrol says some sort of medical condition may have led to the crash, and the severity of the injuries is unknown.

Northbound traffic wasn't severely affected as the result of the crash.
