The back door was opened without notice in bad part of town in middle of night. His friend came from behind. The dead youth was the person who procured drugs for his friends, in other words, the deceased was a dealer.
Wow, Confused you should read the news more often. The guy was downtown to pick up his friend and then shot him as he got into his truck. Not only thought he was there to buy/sell cocaine. The wasn't an attacker and there is more to the story then is told here.
ok so by understanding this, if I am being possibly robbed,carjacked and I kill my attacker I go to jail for murder?? WTF????!!!!!
