NW Reno House Fire Out

RENO, NV - Reno fire crews have put out a house fire at 6401 Peavine Hills Avenue.

Firefighters say the flames erupted in the garage. They got the call around 5:15PM Monday and were able to knock out the fire within 10 minutes.

No one was home at the time and at last word, officials were still trying to figure out if someone actually still lived there.

Neighbors say they knew something was wrong when they heard a loud noise. The fire was contained to the garage. Officials are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
