Send 395 Back Open After Washoe Valley Crash

CARSON CITY, NV - Southbound traffic is back open on Highway 395 at the south end of Washoe Valley headed into Carson City.

The road was fully closed for a little more than half an hour. Highway Patrol troopers say a motorcyclist crashed around 3PM Tuesday, and was lucid and talking to paramedics on scene. He was flown from the scene via Careflight, and the road opened shortly after that.

Troopers are still investigating the circumstances of the crash.
