Suspicious Package Not Dangerous; Sierra Street Open

RENO, NV - Sierra Street is back open in downtown Reno between Island and Court Streets after a suspicious package near the courthouse was detonated and turned out not to be dangerous.

The cardboard box was filled with small paper or styrofoam cups, such as restaurants might use for ketchup.

There's no word who left it.
