Dennis, could you give us a disertation on the Mountain Rain Shadow? All the weathermen have been predicting rain for weeks and we out here just 25 miles east of the Sierras are getting none. You can see the rain shadow clearly on satellite views from Sparks to Lovelock. We also get Foehn winds, mountain wave clouds and roll clouds that are never discussed.
