Alert Citizen Helps Catch Alleged Car Thief

Reno, Nev. - Early Sunday morning, an alert citizen called Reno Police to report someone who looked suspicious getting out of a car near the 900 block of Haskell Street in Reno.
When they arrived, Reno police discovered the car had been reported stolen from a nearby home.
Meanwhile, the man who the alert citizen had seen getting out of the car came back. Police arrested him, and Kevin Quinn is being charged with Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.
