RENO, Nev. (AP) - A Reno man has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison and lifetime supervised release on his guilty plea to possessing child pornography.

Sixty-seven year old Douglas Roth was indicted in November 2010 and pleaded guilty last April. He was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Robert Jones.

The U.S. attorney's office says Roth's arrest followed an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in Reno.

During that investigation, an undercover detective traced downloaded child pornography to an internet address belonging to Roth. Authorities seized his computer and found more than two dozen videos of children engaging in sexual conduct.

Prosecutors say Roth has multiple prior state court convictions in California for sexual abuse of a minor.

And maybe if parents weren't too busy with other things they could keep an eye on their children and what they do and that would make a huge impact on every community don't just blame it on the cops there is like a 2,000 to 1a ratio how do you expect them to keep tabs on every move we make.
