In Romania then straight days of heavy snowfall coupled with strong winds have created traffic chaos. Schools in Bucharest are closed until further notice. Train service has also been cut by nearly ninety percent. The wicked winter weather has closed all small local airports, leaving only Bucharest's International Airport open.
In Japan heavy snow has fallen in the coastal areas. The snow in some ares is expected to reach nearly two and a half feet by Thursday. There are also avalanche warnings for the mountainous regions making driving even more dangerous.
The blast of winter that is gripping parts of Asia has created an unusual sight in china. A waterfall there has turned into a giant ice sculpture. The water of the Yellow River is turning to ice immediately has it starts falling.
