But if you do have an outstanding debt, and you feel you are being harassed you can contact the Nevada Department of Business and Industry: Nevada Department of Business and Industry P.O. Box 3239 Carson City, NV 89702 775-687-5522 or 702-486-4120 You should also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They are responsible for enforcing what is called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The FTC looks at patterns of complaints and holds debt collection agencies accountable both by suing them, and fining them.

Posted: 02/12/2013 - The SETI Institute is asking for the public's help to name two recently discovered moons orbiting the dwarf planet Pluto. So far, astronomers have been using the names "P-4" and "P-5" to identify the tiny moons. The scientists who first spotted the moons are asking us to submit ideas for names, which will then be offered to the International Astronomic Union. That's the worldwide group of astronomers who make final decisions on naming stars, planets and other extra-terrestrial objects. You can participate by going to the website "pluto rocks dot com".
