From KOLO 8 Weather Now... The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory. A wind advisory will be in effect from 8 AM until 11 PM on Thursday.

Snowy Spring Storm Update
Slushy snow is now frozen on the roads this morning.

The heaviest snow has moved south of Reno-Carson City, but that doesn't mean the roads will be getting better. Reno has received anywhere from one to three inches of snow overnight. Temperatures just below freezing are starting to turn the slushy snow into ice.
