Pitsnogle Testifies

Updated: 10/23/2006 - The Reno police sergeant accused of coercing a 17-year-old girl to take off her clothes during an April third traffic stop is due back in court today. Paul Pitsnogle testified Friday that the young woman offered a sex act, then began undressing when it looked like she might be arrested for drunken driving. His trial is expected to continue this week in Washoe County District Court.
