RENO, NV - Travelers trying to leave Reno-Tahoe International Airport Friday had a hard time because of heavy wind.
Numerous flights throughout Friday were delayed, leaving people waiting for the wind to die down. But airport officials say it's not just the wind here; stormy weather in other cities serviced by airlines flying in and out of Reno also caused delays.
Southwest is the airline most affected by windy weather, but several other airlines all afternoon were grounded.
