RENO, NV - Wells Fargo is accepting applications for telephone banking customer service representatives for its Reno customer contact center. Wells Fargo plans to hire approximately 110 people for its contact center group by the end of September.
Telephone banking customer service representatives spend nearly 100 percent of their time on the phone answering questions for Wells Fargo's banking customers and are expected to offer customers solutions on products and services; a six week training course is provided.
In Nevada, Wells Fargo employs more than 3,580 team members, and we're pleased to announce these 110 open positions, said Kirk Clausen, regional president for Wells Fargo in Nevada. Team members in this position are an important resource for our customers across the country. They work directly with customers, just like our bankers in our stores, to serve our customers and meet their financial needs.

The positions are for shifts between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., seven days a week. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation is based on experience $11.86 to $12.89 per hour and candidates are eligible to earn quarterly incentive pay based on performance.
Wells Fargo's customer contact center is located near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Special skills for ideal candidates include multi-tasking, ability to navigate computer applications, problem solving, customer service and a minimum of six months prior sales experience.
